General conditions of the Promotion Action:

The Promotion Action (further under the text - "Action") is organized in the WWW at the web sites of Kaspersky-Shop.ru and of the RTS Telecom company. The action will be held on the territory of Moscow and Moscow Region in the period between September, 1st (00:00 — Moscow time) and December, 31st, 2009 (23:59:59 — Moscow time) inclusive. Organizers of the Action are RF based companies "OOO “Anycode" and the “OOO “RTS Telecom” (further under the text – "Organizers"). The persons or organizations who have paid installation charge for Internet connection provided by RTS Telecom and license(s) for any products of Kaspersky Laboratory (except for licences for Kaspersky's 2010 Antivirus, Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and Kaspersky Mobile Security 8.0) within the Action timeframe become Participants of the Action.

Promotion Action Participants:

1.       The Participants of the Action may become individuals (RF citizens aged 18 or older) or organizations who have fulfilled the terms of the Action.

2.       The Organizers reserve the right to suspend the participation in the whole or part of the Action of certain individuals or ogranisations.

Terms and rules for obtaining the Discount:

1.       The Discount is calculated based upon the total amount of payment made by the Participant as installation charge for the Internet connection provided by RTS Telecom and as payment for the software licenses provided by Kaspersky-Shop.ru.

2.       The amount of the Discount is initially fixed by the Organizers in the Invoice at the level of 10% and may be changed by the Organizers.

3.       The Participants may enjoy the Discount only within the time frame of the Action.

Final terms:

Names and surnames of Participants taking part in the Action will not be used in the advertising purposes without the additional consent of the Participants. Organizers have the right to change Action rules under their own discretion with the publication of these changes on official sites of Organizers. Participation in the Action will be regarded as the fact of acknowledgement by the Participant of the present rules of the Action.
